Microsoft Teams Instructions

We are switching from Zoom to Teams! Please review the different ways to join a teams meeting below. (They both do the same thing!)

Join on a Desktop or Laptop (Using a Link)

1. Click the meeting link provided.
2. Choose:
   • “Continue on this browser” (no download needed)

3. Enter your name.

1. Click “Join now.”
2. Wait for the host to admit you.

Join on an iPhone

1. Download the Microsoft Teams app from the App Store.
2. Tap the meeting link.
3. The app will open automatically.
4. Enter your name (if prompted).
5. Tap “Join meeting.”

Join on an Android Device

1. Tap the meeting link provided.
2. When prompted to open the app, select “Join on the web instead.”
3. Your browser will open.
4. Enter your name.
5. Tap “Join now.”
6. Allow access to your microphone and camera if prompted.
7. Wait for the host to admit you.

Join by Phone (Dial-In)

1. Call the phone number listed in the meeting details.
2. Enter the conference ID and press # when prompted
3. DO NOT press * to be the meeting organizer.
