Dr. Charley Reeb is the Senior Pastor at Pasadena Community Church. “Pastor Charley,” as he is commonly known around Pasadena, is a native of Atlanta. He is best known for his passionate Bible-based preaching, his bright red hair and his spirit-lifting laugh.

pastor-reeb1Before coming to PCC, he was pastor of Tuskawilla United Methodist Church in Orlando, Florida. He has previously served churches in Lakeland and Plant City, Florida, Atlanta and Athens, Georgia. His early work included serving as a chaplain and devotional speaker for the Georgia Senate.

Reeb’s work has appeared in Preaching and Circuit Rider magazines, and he has been a featured preacher on the national radio program Day 1 (formerly known as The Protestant Hour).  He is also a contributing writer to the “Feasting on the Word” commentary series.

Reeb received a bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College, a Masters of Divinity from Candler School of Theology at Emory University, and a Doctor of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary.

He is the author of two books, One Heaven of a Party and Seven Wonders of the Faith: Answers to Our Most Troubling Questions.

 

charleynbrandi2Charley is married to Brandy Reeb.  They love their Jack Russell terrier P.J.  Charley is an accomplished golfer and Brandy plays a competitive game of tennis.
